Ways We Can Work Together

Therapy can take different forms depending on what brings you to care and what you hope to explore. My services are individualized and collaborative, with attention to your experiences, needs, values, and goals.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers dedicated time to explore what is happening in your life, better understand patterns and experiences, and develop ways of responding that feel more aligned with who you are and what matters to you.

Sessions may explore anxiety, depression and other changes in mood, relationships, trauma, life transitions, identity, self-trust, and other concerns that bring you to therapy. We’ll work collaboratively to identify what feels most important to focus on, with room for that focus to change over time.

Trauma and EMDR

Trauma can influence how we understand ourselves, connect with others, and respond to experiences in the present.

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based therapy that uses a structured process to support the processing of distressing experiences and memories. EMDR may be incorporated into individual therapy when it aligns with your experiences, goals, and current needs.

Together, we can explore whether EMDR may be a useful part of your care.

Perinatal Mental Health

Pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition to parenthood can bring a wide range of emotional experiences, including times of uncertainty, change, and unexpected challenges.

As a clinician with Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C), I provide individual therapy for concerns that may arise during pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. Sessions may explore anxiety, depression, challenges during pregnancy, birth-related or other traumatic experiences, identity changes, relationships, adjustment to parenthood, and other concerns that feel important to you.

Care is individualized to your experience, with space for the complexity that can accompany this stage of life.

Group and Community Support

Group offerings may become available based on community interest and shared needs. Groups can offer opportunities for connection, shared understanding, and support alongside others navigating similar experiences.

If you’re interested in a future group, you’re welcome to reach out to learn more or express interest in upcoming offerings.
